Machine Inatruction:
The Polystyrene EPS machine is a piece of equipment designed to produce polystyrene foam. This machine is capable of producing a variety of shapes and sizes for packaging materials, insulation products, building materials, and many others.
The machine is a self-contained unit that includes an expandable polystyrene (EPS) pre-expander, a batch-type EPS molding machine, a vacuum system, and a steam generator unit. It uses an automated process that allows for the uninterrupted operation of the machine, ensuring consistent quality of output.
The pre-expander unit foams raw material beads by introducing steam and air into the beads. This process makes the beads increase in size up to 50 times its original volume, which is then transported to the molding machine.
The molding machine is equipped with a mold box, where the pre-expanded beads are injected and molded into the required shape and size of the product. Heat and pressure are applied to the mold box to ensure the beads are fused together and take on the desired shape. The mold box is then cooled, and the newly formed foam is released.
The vacuum system is used to remove any loose or leftover beads from the finished product, ensuring a clean and consistent final product. The steam generator, on the other hand, provides the necessary steam for the pre-expander and molding machine to operate.
